يحدث هذا التحسس عند تناول بعض الأدوية

Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA
كما أنه يحدث لأسباب أخرى
كيمياوية ، نباتية ، تغيرات في المناخ ، ...
سأقوم بشرح عملية التحسس من جانب آخر
كيف يحدث هذا التحسس للضوء ؟
لا بد من وضع مركب التتراسيكلين كمثال
:
| اعذروني ان كنتم لا تحبون المركبات الدوائية من حيث الشكل |
هذا مركب التتراسيكلين
لكنه غير مستقر من الناحية الكيميائية على الإطلاق
فهو قابل للتحول الى Anhydrotetracycline اذا توفر وسط حمضي
وهذا المركب الاخير يعمل سمية للكلى nephrotoxicity

Tetracyclines are very instable compounds. In acidic mediums they form Anhydrotetracycline. This compound leads to nephrotoxicity
This reaction can be expedited by improper storage or it can occur as the tetracyclines age. Under basic conditions the tetracycline will undergo a reaction that will open a ring.

In acidic conditions of pH around 4 the tetracycline will under go epimerization at the 4-position that will result in an inactive compound
This reaction will cause the alpha amine to bind at the beta pos
The last form of instability arises from phototoxicity, especially with agents containing a chloro- substitution at the 7-position
This molecule can form a free radical formation when exposed to sunlight this could cause sunburn

هو نتيجة لتفكك المركب ... حصلنا على الاجزاء الحرة

طبعا الاجزاء الحرة ... ذرة ينقصها الكترون
وهذه بدورها تعمل على امتصاص الضوء بشكل كبير ... فهي أجزاء غير مستقرة
مما يحدث هذا التحسس نتيجة لللإمتصاص العالي للأشعة الفوق بنفسجية
